This Green Fluororubber (FKM) high temperature replacement o-ring gasket is compatible with all Ace Race Parts brand Aluminum V-Band Flanges as well as our Aluminum/Stainless Combination V-Band Assemblies. Green Fluororubber O-Rings have a maximum temperature range of 500°F-536°F and are comparable to Viton or FKM O-Rings.

Replacement O-Ring Fitment Note: Replacement O-Rings are listed and sold by the matching V-Band size. For example, a 3.000" O-Ring will fit our 3.000" Aluminum V-Band Flange but it does not have an ID or an OD of 3.000". If you are looking for a replacement O-Ring for something other than our specific line of Aluminum V-Band Flanges please contact us prior to ordering.

O-Ring Installation Note: Replacement O-Rings are physically larger than the o-ring groove in the matching V-Band Flange. Insert the o-ring into part of the groove and slowly work the o-ring into the groove in a circular motion using your thumbs. It may take two or more passes around the o-ring before it is seated properly in the groove.
