Equipped with a high-strength magnet, this sump plug attracts any small metallic particles that can accumulate in your engine oil over time and holds the particles to the magnet until your next oil change. The captured metallic particles can be easily wiped off the magnets surface, restoring the magnetic strength and efficiency. The magnet is completely unaffected by temperature variation and can confidently hold 1kg of weight with ease. Preventing any metallic particles from circulating around your engine will avoid causing any damage to essential engine components. A cleaner oil system will allow your engine to operate at its optimal performance.

Our magnetic sump plugs are manufactured from lightweight, 6061-T6 grade Aluminium and are available in a hard-wearing anodised Black finish. Provided with this magnetic sump plug is an Aluminium crush washer for a secure, leak-free and simple installation. Please note, it is not recommended to re-use the Aluminium crush washer.
